Return & Refund Policy – Serenité
At Serenité, each candle is handcrafted with care in hand-painted cement vessels using premium coconut soy blend wax. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we want every customer to have a beautiful experience with Serenité. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A short description of the issue

After review, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A store credit for the value of the item.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges because many of our items are made to order or customized with fragrance selections.
Shipping Damage
Serenité carefully packages every order to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.
