Thank you for shopping with Serenité. Each candle is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, special collections, or events), processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping carrier rates

Occasionally we may offer promotional or discounted shipping, which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations

Serenité currently ships to:

  • United States

  • Puerto Rico

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical delivery times:

  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Delays

Serenité is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Serenité is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our candles, especially our cement vessels, to prevent damage during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Send photos of the damaged product and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Serenité is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
