Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Serenité is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our candles, especially our cement vessels, to prevent damage during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
