At Serenité Candles, some products may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how these types of orders may be changed or canceled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Serenité Candles, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose a prepaid option, when available.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it before the next billing date.
You may cancel or update your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation email. You may also contact us if you need assistance.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, Serenité Candles may offer products as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
When placing a pre-order, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and charge you at a later date when the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After fulfillment, refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
If Serenité Candles offers a try before you buy option on selected products, your payment method may be authorized before your order is fulfilled.
You will have a limited period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.
Returned items must be sent back within the allowed return window and in accordance with our Return Policy.
